Trustees approved the 2020 Workplan as proposed by Town Administrator, Malcolm Fleming. The workplan prioritizes the year and is created with a review of the Community Survey results and the Board's direction.

Home Rule Action Plan

Town Center Charrette Presentation

At the culmination of their 7-day interactive design process Andres Duany, of DPZ CoDesign, presented a Master Plan proposal to the Board of Trustees for the Town Center study area.

The Board of Trustees will discuss the adoption of the plan at the December 10 regular meeting. The public is invited to send comments via email to TownCenter@erieco.gov through November 25.

Wireless Communication Facilities

On Tuesday, the Board of Trustees approved an ordinance to amend the Unified Development Code to provide for the regulation of wireless communication facilities consistent with the state and federal law. Staff also recommended an amendment to provide more detailed design standards to address camouflage and concealment of the wireless communication facilities. All meetings are held in the Town Hall Boardroom located at 645 Holbrook Street in Erie.
