Waste Connections to Contribute Over $4 Million for Town Hall Expansion as Part of Comprehensive Agreement with Town of Erie
Erie, CO – The Town of Erie and Waste Connections of Colorado, Inc. have negotiated terms for a comprehensive agreement involving the future of the Denver Regional and Front Range landfills located along the west and east sides of Weld County Road 5 respectively. As part of the agreement, Waste Connections has agreed to a firm closure date of the Denver Regional Landfill and a contribution of over $4 million towards the Erie Town Hall Expansion Project.

“Thanks to their generous support, we are now a giant step closer to expanding Town Hall, enabling us to serve the citizens of Erie for generations in an accessible and energy efficient manner,” Harris said.
