Erie Parkway Traffic Signals
Beginning this week, through the end of September 2017, a Department of Public Works contractor will begin work on the traffic signals located at Erie Parkway & Powers Street and Erie Parkway & Briggs Street. The work will consist of the installation of left turn arrows and components at both signals.
Motorists can expect delays and periodic one-lane closures. Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists are urged to pay close attention to equipment and all traffic control devices, reduce speeds and, if possible, avoid the construction area during work hours. Traffic control signage, delineators and flaggers may be on site during the project to enable travel through the construction areas in a timely and safe manner. Delays may occur and alternate routes are recommended.
