Colorado Supreme Court Rules in Erie’s Favor
Harber to Pay Town’s Attorney Fees and Costs
The Colorado Supreme Court has denied Aaron Harber’s Petition for Writ of Certiorari which completes the appeal process in the Golden Run Estates case and upholds the Town’s victory from the Court of Appeals in October of 2016. As a result of the Supreme Court’s ruling, the Town will now pursue its costs and attorneys’ fees in conformance with the Court of Appeals’ order.
According to Erie Town Administrator A.J. Krieger, the Town is pleased with the Supreme Court’s determination.
