Waterline Construction on
111th Street

Beginning July 26, 2017, construction of a waterline will begin on 111th Street. The work will start at Dickens Street and extend north from that intersection approximately 1,800 feet along 111th Street. Construction is expected to last four weeks, weather permitting.

Work hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Single lane closures and lane shifts on 111th Street, along with a closure of the eight foot concrete trail will occur from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. All lanes and the trail will be open for travel following the daily closures with some uneven surface areas.
Traffic control signage, delineators, and flaggers will be on site to enable travel through the construction area in a safe and timely manner. Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are urged to reduce speeds and pay close attention to the flaggers and traffic control signs. Delays may occur, and alternate routes are strongly recommended during work hours.
