Meadow Sweet Lane Utility Connections
for New BVSD School

On Monday, August 29, 2016, work is expected to begin on three waterline connections and a storm sewer connection on Meadow Sweet Lane between Flatiron Meadows Boulevard and Meadow View Parkway.  These connections are part of the Boulder Valley K-8 School Project.  Along with the utility work, there will be new entrances constructed on the south side of the roadway for the school. The project is anticipated to last up to 4-5 weeks, weather permitting.
Hours of construction in the roadway will be from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.  Motorists should expect delays and daytime lane closures.  Traffic control signage, delineators and flaggers will be on site to enable motorists to move through the construction area in a timely and safe manner during work hours.  After work hours, both lanes will be open with some uneven surface areas.
Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists are urged to pay close attention to flaggers and traffic control signs, reduce speeds and, if possible, avoid the construction area during work hours.  During after work hours please pay close attention to traffic control signage and roadway edge delineators.
For more information on this project, please contact Jason Mraz, Town of Erie Construction Inspector at 303-926-2877.
