Board Approves Substantial Compliance for Schmidt Annexation
The Board approved a resolution of Substantial Compliance for the Schmidt Annexation Petition. The Schmidt property is approximately 90 acres in size and is located along the north side of Jay Road, west of County Line Road and south of the Erie Village neighborhood. The approval of the resolution does two things:
Establishes that the Board of Trustees finds the Annexation Petition to be in substantial compliance with the laws of the State of Colorado;
Sets a Public Hearing date and time of October 11, 2016, at 6:30 p.m., in the Erie Town Hall, 645 Holbrook, Erie, CO 80516.
