Public Comment: Cosslett East 22H-H168

The public comment period regarding the Oil and Gas Development Plan (OGDP) submitted by Crestone Peak/Civitas Resources for the Cosslett East 22H-H168 site closes in seven days. Comments must be submitted to the Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) by midnight on June 21, 2022.

The OGDP proposes expanding the existing Cosslett B Unit 61N68W 22SENE, located in unincorporated Weld County outside Erie limits south of Erie Parkway and east of I-25, to drill 19 new horizontal wells.

The full OGDP submitted is available online and COGCC is accepting public comments through June 21.
