Sergeant Walker
Congratulations, Officer Walker, who was promoted to Sergeant! Walker also serves as an instructor of firearms, field training, Ti simulator (virtual scenario tool), and rapid emergency deployment.

When asked why she wanted to be a Sergeant, Walker said she wanted to help other officers become the best officers they can be and serve our community to the best of their abilities.
 
Officer Burch
Welcome, Officer Burch, who is a lateral hire from Laramie County Sheriff’s Office. Burch recently retired after 20 years of service to Wyoming, most recently as a Detective Sergeant, to pursue this journey with the Erie PD.
 
Officer Matthews
Welcome, Officer Matthews, a lateral hire from the Colorado University Boulder Police Department, where he served six years. Previously, Matthews was a records clerk and police operations assistant and is a graduate of Colorado State University.
 
Evidence Supervisor Lowder
Congratulations to Lowder, who was promoted to the first-ever Erie PD Evidence Supervisor! Since 1999, Lowder has been advancing the department’s services as a records clerk, records administrative assistant, and evidence custodian.  
 
Municipal Court Coordinator Alaniz
Welcome, Alaniz, who comes from the Town government as a Senior Permit Technician for the last two years. Previously, Alaniz was a Deputy Court Clerk for the City of Westminster.
