Erie, Colorado. On July 27, 2021, at approximately 9 a.m., a juvenile female driver was instructed to pull over by a black vehicle with flashing emergency lights on WCR 3 south of Highway 52. A male, unknown physical description, wearing a baseball cap and a face mask, exited his vehicle and complimented the female driver on her student driver magnets. He did not ask for her license or vehicle paperwork. There is no further information at this time.
The Erie Police Department confirmed there were no traffic stops conducted in the area by any surrounding law enforcement agency in the time period.
