Pawsitivity Patrol:
Police Officers 'High Paws', and more for Good Behavior
While out and about in Erie, you may spot the 'Pawsitivity Leash Patrtol' educating dog owners on the importance of keeping their dogs on a leash. The Pawsitivity Patrol will be handing out information and asking for your assistance in being good neighbors. Is your dog on a leash? If so, you might receive a 'High Paw' and a special thank you treat!
Send us a photo of your dog in the community following the rules, with their leash on, and you will be eligible for a chance to win the 'Bark Box' filled with homemade dog treats, toys, a $50 value in dog washes, and much more! The deadline to enter is September 15, 2021. For details, visit www.erieco.gov/PawsitivityPatrol.
"Through the summer months, the heat is on. More neighbors, kiddos, and dogs are using the trails, paths, and parks", said Code Enforcement Officer Rachel Patterson. "Please take a moment to be extra good neighbors and dog owners."
