Community Conversation Event: How to be Inclusive
In communities across America and beyond, important conversations, events, and demonstrations are taking place calling for social justice and equity. With this same goal, on September 10, the Board of Trustees will host an interactive webinar with LaTonya J. Pegues, known as “The Unconscious Bias Trainer”. In this open-to-the-public forum, Mrs. Pegues will discuss strategies and best practices on ‘How to be Inclusive’. At the conclusion of the structured training a Community Conversation will follow with the opportunity to discuss issues and ask questions. The training will be held virtually, beginning at 6 p.m., on Thursday, September 10. For details, and to learn more about the presenter visit the Community Conversation webpage.
