Thanks to Eagle Scout
A year ago, an Erie scout presented a proposal to staff to provide educational signage as his Eagle Scout project. This week, the young man installed new signs that formally recognize the bat boxes at Reliance Park and the xeriscape garden at Town Hall. The project required a great deal of preparation including fundraising, content preparation, design and coordinating fabrication. Staff is delighted to share that this fourth-generation Eagle Scout pledged to donate his excess funds to the Erie Community Food Bank!
