WCR 5 closed between WCR 6 and Erie Pkwy

An overturned trash truck has necessitated the closure of WCR 5, between WCR 6 and Erie Parkway. Personnel are actively working to collect debris and remove the trash truck. At this time there is no estimate for reopening. 

Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists are urged to pay close attention to flaggers, message boards, and traffic control signs, reduce speeds and, if possible, avoid the area. Traffic control signage, delineators, and flaggers may be on site to detour traffic around the area. Delays may occur and alternate routes are strongly recommended.
