Gateways to Town CenterDevelopers who own the property in Town Center met this week to examine conceptual options for the north and south gateways (connecting streets at Maxwell and Austin on County Line Road) to the Town Center. The consensus of the developers is to further refine the two options; a traditional traffic circle connecting four streets at Maxwell, and a ‘peanut’ connecting five intersecting streets at Austin. More to come!

Unlocked VehiclesThe Police Department has noted a rise in property crimes throughout Town; the vast majority are crimes of opportunity. Thieves are targeting unlocked vehicles and stealing valuables (gym bags, firearms, credit cards, cash, etc.). Residential burglaries have occurred when garage door openers are left in vehicles. The Police encourages residents to make safety a habit and reminds residents to bring valuables from your car inside, and to lock all exterior doors and windows of your home, car, garage, gates and shed. Also, if you see something ‘off’ in your neighborhood don’t hesitate to call the non-emergency dispatch at 303-441-4444.
