Report Public Health Violations to Public Health

Erie Police for crime-related matters only

Effective immediately, the Erie Police Department will defer all Public Health Order violations (social distancing, facial covering, business operations, etc.) to the Public Health entity in the county in which the violation occurred.

• Boulder County: 720-776-0822, Mon. – Sat. 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Sun. 8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (After hours, please complete the online Ask a Question form, in English or Spanish)

All other crimes may continue to be reported to the non-emergency number at 303-441-4444. As always, dial 911 for emergencies.
