Town Administrator March 2, 2020CIRSA Loss Control Audit The Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency (CIRSA) shared the results of a Loss Control Audit of the Town. In the first year with CIRSA, the Town scored 107 points for the Workers Compensation Audit, and 110 points for Property Casualty. A passing score is 67 points. The Town's Risk Manager noted, "More important than the score though, are the changes that are taking place to prevent losses and improve safety for the Town and its employees." Employees have worked towards increasing awareness to minimize risks through committee participation and training. In some instances policies and procedures have been revised or implemented. Throughout the year employees have received training on back injury prevention, slip, trips and fall injury prevention, office ergonomics, incident response, harassment and vehicle safety.
