EPD Arrest Two MORE Similar Suspects...again.

In two separate instances last week, Erie Police Officers arrested two suspects under the influence of Methamphetamines and possession of other drugs. They were unconscious while seated in the driver’s seat. Neither of the suspects live in Erie. Also in their possession were items indicative of burglary, criminal trespass, and identification theft.

The suspect will be facing charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, violation of protection order, DUI, possession of burglary tools, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
