This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, construction, preventative maintenance, and evaluation of operating systems of all Town facilities. This person will also manage budgets, construction projects, and employees from the Facilities Operation Supervisor, Technicians, Custodians, and a Facilities Project Manager. It is a big and rewarding role!
Salary Range: $83,283.00 - $116,597.00 Annually
