Last week, a start date of Saturday, July 9 was announced for the switch to Phase 4 - the new start date is now Tuesday, July 12. This new date is to ensure proper emergency egress access to the schools while additional construction was in progress on Colliers Parkway.
On July 12 the Town of Erie will move into Phase 4 of the WCR 5 Improvements Project. Phase 4 will now be the roadway construction at the intersection of Flora View Drive and WCR 5. This is a switch from original iterations of the phasing. See webpage for more details on the switch.
