The community-wide OPEN Participation Survey link has opened as of July 2!
A group of residents were selected to complete the initial, significantly-valid batch of surveys. Many of these were paper surveys. If you were not selected to receive the survey in the mail (or survey postcard with a unique link), you are now able to complete the survey online by Monday, July 19!
The survey questions are the same. The only difference is the addition of a map at the beginning of the survey - we would like to know where in Erie you live (map at beginning of survey).
