Revitalization Grant
The Town of Erie Economic Development Department is pleased to announce that the Urban Renewal Authority has designated tax increment financing towards a Revitalization Incentive Grant Program.
Commercial properties, within the urban renewal area, may qualify for a matching grant towards improving their external appearance and reducing blight in two categories: historic building improvements and business siting and expansion.
