On September 22, The Board of Trustees and Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Commissioners approved the transfer of land for the Nine Mile Corner development with Evergreen Development.
On September 30, Lowes Home Improvement formally closed on the first of two anchor pad sites; Evergreen-287 & Arapahoe, LLC. purchased the second site. On October 5, construction activity began at the Nine Mile Corner and will include excavation and grading of the entire 47-acre property and extension of the waterline from the north side of Arapahoe Road to the site.
Evergreen Development reports the grading to conclude in December at which time a retaining wall, and on-site utilities will be installed. Learn more about the project and view site plans at www.ninemilecorner.com.
