NEW! Pay Your Utility Bill & Check Your Account by Phone

2018_Phone_Payment

The Town of Erie has a new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) option for customers to check the status of their utility billing account or to make a payment, available 24-7!

How it Works:

  1. Utility billing customer calls 833-309-4333 and will be prompted to enter their account number and house number of their address using their phone’s keypad.
  2. Account information including balance and due date is given and the customer will be given the option to make a payment.
  3. If wanting to make a payment, the customer can enter credit card information and will receive a confirmation number.

It’s as simple as that! No need to wait on hold, or try to call during your busy day. This number is accessible anytime of the day, weekends and holidays. There are no fees charged to the customer for using this service.

If you have any questions, or need more information about this new service, please contact Utility Billing at 303-926-2700.
