Fingerprints need to be submitted to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for New Liquor License applicants and Transfer of Ownership applicants. The Town of Erie requires CBI and FBI record checks be done for any individual completing an Individual History Record form.
