What's Included?
- Access to Mini-Miners indoor playground (ages 11 and under) and Columbine Lounge (ages 60+) are free of charge

Purchase a Membership
Memberships can be purchased online using your Amilia account or in person at the Erie Community Center.
Pass Description
- Couple: Adults residing at the same physical address.
- Active Adult Couple: Two persons residing at the same physical address - both of the age 60+. If you turn 60 within 3 months of starting an annual pass, you qualify for the active adult rate.
- Family: A household consists of at least one parent or legal guardian and dependent family members 23 years and younger
all living in the same home. Up to four household members can
be added. Additional dependent members (up to 23 years old)
may be added for a fee of $10 per dependent on a monthly
membership and $75 per dependent on annual membership - Military Discount: Intended to honor the people who served our country. This discount is good for any active-duty military member and veterans. ID is required as proof to receive the discount. This only applies to adult, couple, active adult, active adult couple, and family memberships.

- Network of Fitness Facilities:The Erie Community Center is a proud member of the OnePass, Renew Active™, Silver&Fit, and SilverSneakers® network of fitness facilities. Check with Guest Service to see if your healthcare provider participates in the program.
Pass Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not available for facility passes except for the following conditions; moving outside the Town of Erie (more than 15 miles), medical conditions, or military deployment. Documentation is required. All other situations will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Refunds are not available for periods of inactivity or non-usage. KidStation (childcare) punch cards are non-refundable.
Recreation Scholarship Program
The Parks & Recreation Department is committed to providing equitable access to our services and programs. Scholarship funds are available for Erie residents that qualify for federally funded assistance programs and can be used for activities, punch cards and memberships.
Funds are provided by the Town of Erie and Weld County United Way to eligible participants.
Households that qualify for federally funded assistance programs are eligible for the Recreation Scholarship Program and will receive a $200.00 credit for use at the Erie Community Center per eligible person. The $200.00 credit will be applied directly to Amilia account upon successful completion of Recreation Scholarship Application and Amilia account creation.
- The Recreation Scholarship Program is available for qualifying Erie residents, proof of residency required.
- Proof of scholarship qualifier required.
- Scholarships expire at the end of the calendar year (December 31) Must re-apply each year.
- Once eligibility is approved, scholarships will be assigned to account in Amilia.
- Amilia accounts may be created online or in person at the Erie Community Center.

- Section 8 or Public Housing
- Medicaid Recipients
- Food Stamps
- Free/Reduced Lunch Program
All applicants 18 years and older MUST provide:
1) ID (one of these): Colorado Driver’s License, Colorado Identification Card, U.S. Military Card, or Native American Tribal document
AND
2) Must sign the Lawful Presence Affidavit (included in the Reduced Rate Application below)
If you meet one of the above standards, you need to completely fill out the reduced rate application form and include a copy of the documentation for the category you qualify. Applications will not be processed without required documentation copy of identification, or a signed Lawful Presence Affidavit.
Please note: Medicaid cards will no longer be accepted as proof of Medicaid. If you are a Medicaid recipient, please include documentation from Medicaid stating the eligibility dates for this program.
