Programming includes drop-in group fitness classes, session bases programming, personal training, pilates reformer training, fitness assessments, nutrition consultation, body composition testing, fitness equipment orientations, youth fitness equipment certifications and more!

Youth Fitness Equipment & Track Policy:

  2. Free Weights
  3. Life Fitness Weight Machines
  4. Track
Ages 11-14 | Must complete an orientation with a Fitness Attendant (parent/guardian must be present and sign waiver) prior to using cardio equipment.

Parent/Young Child Policy for Fitness Areas:
Infants and children under age 10 are not allowed to be with parent on cardio machines, in fitness studio, on weight machines, or in the free weight area while parent works out.  No exceptions.
