Fire protection for the Town of Erie is provide by Mountain View Fire Rescue. They currently have two fire stations located in the Town.
Some commercial projects require separate permits and inspections from the fire department in addition to the building permit issued by the Town of Erie. Applicants are responsible to contact the fire department directly to apply for any required fire department permits and to request any required inspections.
The Town of Erie requires an approved permit from Mountain View Fire Rescue prior to the issuance of a commercial building permit on qualifying projects.
