KidStation

KidStation provides a safe and stimulating environment for your child to explore and interact with other children while you enjoy the benefits of the center!  Our play space is child-centered offering guided self-discovery through a variety of activities that may include games, dress-up, building, imagination play and music. In addition, there is access to Mini Miners, our indoor playground, and an outdoor play space which includes a variety of outdoor activities such riding toys, bubbles and a fun slide to ride!  Age range from 6 months old to 6 years of age.

Participation Guidelines:

  • Attendant to child ration 1 to 7.
  • Maximum of 90 minutes in KidStation. 
  • Parents /Guardians are required to be on the Erie Community Center premises and accessible by cell phone at all times while there is a child checked into KidStation.
  • Identification is required for dropping off and picking up of children in KidStation.
  • Diapering and other toilet needs are not provided by staff. Please ensure your child has a clean diaper on arrival. Parents/Guardians will be contacted for aid if child is unable to use toilet independently.
  • Children must have shoes to play outside. Jacket and sunscreen are recommended depending on weather conditions.
  • Eating is not allowed in KidStation. Please have your child finish their snack before entering.

Health & Safety: 

  • Parents are encouraged to check their child's temperature and cancel if child is ill. Sick children or children running a temperature will not be admitted into KidStation.
