Personal Training

Let a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer create effective, personalized workouts to meet your fitness goals. Your personal trainer will instruct you on proper technique, form, and provide you with workouts specifically designed for you and your fitness goals. Complete a Personal Training Intake Packet for staff to assess your fitness goals and address any health concerns. A trainer will contact you within 3-5 business days of receiving your information. 

If participating in semi-private training, please complete one form per participant.

The InBody 570 Body Composition scan is included in the purchase of any personal training package. All packages are non-transferable and expire one year after date of purchase. 

First Time Client: If you are are first time personal training client or have not met with a trainer in over six months your first session is complimentary and is meant to assess your fitness goals. This session is not included in your total session package.

*One session is only available for purchase if you have previously met with a trainer or have a specific training need. At the discretion of the Fitness Team.
