I have earned 4 Spartan Sprint Medals and am currently training for my first Spartan Super, which is a 10K, 25 obstacle race. One of my goals as personal trainer is to, eventually, help others train for their own Spartan race.

I find tremendous joy in travel and like to immerse myself in a different culture. I wish I could live a thousand lifetimes….there is so much to discover and explore!
