Erie, you're invited back to the Downtown Neighborhood Block Parties this summer! These community-building events are centered in the heart of Downtown Erie for all of our residents to enjoy while at the same time promoting local businesses, restaurants and breweries.
It's our intent for these Block Parties to bring families to Downtown Erie on Friday nights from 6 to 9 p.m. to listen to good music, engage in children's activities, eat from local restaurants and drink from local breweries. There will be creative and interactive activities for children and adults. And in an effort to encourage you to leave your car at home – we've set up a bike parking lot next to the Post Office at the southeast corner of Briggs and Wells and next to the Erie Chamber building off of Wells and Pierce.
The Block Parties are hosted by the Town of Erie and organized by Kelly Williams – manager of the Erie Farmers Market. We are excited to see you in Historic Downtown Erie this summer!
