The Town of Erie has developed a long-range, comprehensive Oil & Gas Unified Development Code (Chapter 12) focused on a targeted approach to health and safety.

Report a Health Concern

  • Contact your local public health to report your health concern.
  • If you are concerned about your health symptoms, we encourage you to also speak with your primary care provider.
  • If at any time you witness emissions off of an oil and gas pad that you believe may be a danger to public health and safety, do not hesitate to call 9-1-1.
