Parks

Enjoy hours of fun at any one of our Town-owned and maintained parks! Our play equipment is contemporary, encourages innovative play, and meets all industry standards for safety compliance. Within our park inventory, we pride ourselves on having a diverse range of amenities, features, and themes. In addition to traditional playgrounds, we also have a sand volleyball court, multi-use tennis and pickleball courts, and designated pickleball courts and tennis courts. 

Feeling adventurous? We also have an 18-hole disc golf course and a singletrack trail system

We strive to make our facilities accessible to all, all Town-owned and maintained parks provide handicap access. 

Park Hours

The Erie Community Park is open from 6 a.m.-10 p.m., all other town-maintained parks and open spaces are open from sunrise to sunset.  

Report Maintenance Needs

If you notice damage, vandalism, or other items in our parks or shelters that need staff attention please let us know by submitting a ticket in ErieSubmit

Arapahoe Ridge TablesADDRESS: 1750 Powell Street

PARK AMENITIES: ballfield, multi-purpose field, playground, pickleball/tennis courts available for drop-in play, walking trails. Park size: 5.5 acres.

SHELTER AMENITIES: Please note - there is no true shelter at this location. The "shelter" consists of a shaded tree area. Total shelter occupancy: 48.

PARKING: Designated street parking. 

SPECIAL FEATURES: Pickleball/tennis courts available for drop-in play.

Facility Rental Request

All Town of Erie park shelters are open to the public for use on a first-come, first-serve basis. To obtain exclusive use of a shelter, a permit must be applied and paid for prior to use. Apply for a permit online through Amilia

Park shelters are available for rental from March 15 to November 15 each year.


Open Container Permit

If you plan to serve alcohol as part of your shelter rental request, you must complete and submit the the Open Container Permit application at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the event. For more information, please contact the Town Clerk at 303-926-2710.

Cancelations within 48 business hours receive a full refund. If you need to edit your time/date or cancel your reservation, please email rentals@erieco.gov.
