Annual Stormwater Quality Meeting

Annual public meetings are held to develop, implement, and enforce programs that meet the requirements of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act and protect state waters from pollution, contamination, and/or degradation.

Stormwater can pick up pollutants as it flows from homes, businesses and streets, is transported to the storm sewer system and ultimately discharged into local streams without treatment. This meeting will help you learn what you can do to keep stormwater clean.

Plan to attend this public meeting where citizens can learn about and discuss sources and effects of stormwater pollution. Citizens will also have an opportunity to provide input concerning appropriate stormwater management policies and best management practices.
