The Town of Erie provides water and water reclamation services to its residents. The utility billing office is located in Town Hall.

New customers can sign up for service by calling the Finance Department at (303) 926-2700. We request that you have the following information ready when you call:

• Name
• Property Address
• Mailing Address
• Phone Number
• Closing Date (or move-in date)
• Title Company performing the closing
